What did you eat at lunch? I'm going to tell about food. Do you know the amount of food waste in Japan? Our country wastes about 19 million tone food in a year. The amount equals 46 million people of developing country’s food in a year. As you know, the food self-sufficiency ratio in Japan is 40%. However, the food waste ratio is 25%. In other words, we waste one-third of the import food. The detail is general household waste 11 million tone food, store waste 8 million tone food. The amount equals the world food assistance quantity. We waste developing people’s food.

There are some kinds of disease because of repletion. The disease is called “disease of affluence. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and obesity are disease of affluence. Cancer is the worst death in Japan. I believe patient with disease of affluence increase because I always hear names of these diseases. Diseases of affluence are not other people's affairs

Japan is a country of low food self-sufficiency and depends on import food, so we should reflect on repletion. First, we have to save food from waste. Second, we have to wrestle with reuse of the waste. Third, we have to straighten up our acts on food.

I Am in Bad Condition

I have been in bad condition for 3 month. I have vertigo and anemia. I can't wake up easily. Recently, I absent some lectures. Last day, I went to a hospital nearby KGU. The hospital is medical nerve. The doctor said to me, "You should go to an otolaryngology hospital." I imagined that the vertigo is caused by amenia, but actually the vertigo is caused by trouble of ear. I have been hard of hearing since I was a junior high school student. I have to go the otolaryngology hospital soon.

I Get a Driver's License

I went to the License Center to get the examination of driver's license. I woke up at 5 O'clock a.m., I left my house at 6:30 a.m., and I arrived at the Center at 8 O'clock a.m. I seldom wake up early, so I was very, very sleepy. I thought that the exam of today is easy. I passed the exam and I get my driver's license. I was very glad, so I said my mother about getting the license with my cell phone. After that, I called Shimo-chan, my instructor in TERRA BAL. He congratulated me and he invited me to drive a car as after follow. I want to meet him soon.

Do you know kitson? Kitson is one of famous select shops in L.A. I bought kitoson's bag on Internet. There were pink bag, black bag, and light blue bag, but pink bag and black bag were sold out, so I bought light blue bag. Now kitson's goods are popular among young people in Japan. I'm very happy to buy the bag. I want to go to kitson in L.A.

Ouchi Cafe

I went to Ouchi Cafe nearby KGU with Kaori after second period lecture. There was Patrick who eats lunch. I ate cutlet with demi-glace sauce set. The menu is very delicious and healthy. Kaori ate meuniere set. After that, we ate pudding with ice cream. Ouchi Cafe is pretty shop. There are many toys, dolls, post cards, and posters of overseas in the cafe. The BGM is fairy songs. I want to make my room like the cafe. The cafe is one of my favorite shop.

Lunch

I work part-time at McDonald's, so I often eat hamburgers in my break time. My favorite foods of McDonald's are Double cheese burger, sundae with chocolate sauce and nugget. Though I always eat McDonald's hamburgers, I don't go off it. Now, I'm addicted to Bacon Potato Pie. It is very, very delicious. It was once regular menu of McDonald's, but it was excluded from menu. Last month, it revived regular menu because of popular, so I'm very, very glad.

Book Review 1-8 Goldilocks and theThree Bears

Goldilocks is the main person in the story. She has lovely golden hair, so she seems to be a good girl, but she is a naughty girl. She always do naughty, so her mother said to her, "If you don't stop being naughty, your hair will turn blue." Goldilocks didn't listen to her mother. One day, she went to the woods where bears live in. She found a pretty cottage and she went into the cottage. She ate three porridges, she tried sit three chairs, and she tried lay three beds. She was asleep in third bed. After that, three bears went back to the cottage. The three bears noticed Goldilocks to sleep, and baby bear cried, so Goldilocks woke up. She ran for her life. After that, she promised her mother that she will never be naughty again.

The book has pretty pictures and easy sentences, so I enjoy reading the story. I think the story tells us what people don't learn anything without pain. It is good for children to read the book. Even an adult don't learn anything without pain.
